After over 2+ hours of a single continuous phone call with multiple phone queues I have a working Dell Precision T5500 workstation. I am also being sent the correct/purchased amount of RAM. (The machine only had 2GB, but was purchased with 4GB) from Customer Care.
After receiving a new factory imaged drive with XP from Dell.
Well that would have been nice to know.
